MotoGP 2010 akan lebih seru karena akan kedatangan pabrikan baru yaitu FB Corse, yap ...!! FB Corse berencana menjajal ganasnya persaingan MotoGP, dan rencananya seri akhir musim 2009 FB Corse akan mengikuti uji cobanya di MotoGP…

Motor FB Corse yang akan diturunkan di MotoGP nanti di desain oleh Mauro Forghieri dari Oral Engineering Group, yang mana Forghieri merupakan salah satu orang yang mendesain Ferari di F1, Forghieri juga mendesain mesin seperti Buggatti dan Lamborghini.

Rencananya Fb Corse bakal menggunakan mesin tiga silinder dengan empat stroke segaris. dan mesin yang digunakan adalah mesin prototype BMW , dan ini akan menjadi satu-satunya motor dengan spesifikasi mobil F1 di MotoGP.

Power yang dihasilkan dari mesin ini adalah 200hp-210hp. Walaupun power yang dikeluarkan 10% dibawah Power peserta sekarang tetapi FB Corse optimis bisa bersaing dengan mereka hal ini karena aturan bobot motor di MotoGP bahwa motor 3 cylinder mempunyai bobot 15 lbs lebih ringan daripada motor 4 cylinder.

Kabarnya lagi FB Corse akan menggandeng Alex de Angelis , Nicole Canepa atau James Toseland sebagai jokinya. FB Corse tidak akan gegabah dalam menentukan jokinya yang jelas FB Corse menginginkan Pemblalap yang sudah mempunyai pengalaman di ajang MotoGP, bisa jadi FB Corse akan menggunakan joki Italia karena FB Corse Team yang berasal dari Italia.

Kita tunggu saja apakah FB Corse akan menjadi penantang yang serius bagi Yamaha, Honda, Ducati, Suzuki atau mungkin sebaliknya seperti team Aprilia dulu yang menggunakan desain mesin 3 cylinder tetapi akhirnya mundur dari MotoGP.

Yamaha has unveiled its YZR-M1 for the 2009 MotoGP season in a special online presentation. On-hand for the event at Yamaha-Italy HQ were riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo. Yamaha’s rider line-up remains unchanged of course, and the 2009 bike is pretty much indistiguishable on the outside from the 2008 variant. However, its what’s underneath that counts. According to Tech3 team manager Poncharal, “Not one part of new M1 is the same as 2008 bike”. Continue on for pictures, specifications, and unveiling video.

The new M1 may win more races, but it hasn’t done anything to patch up the relationship between Rossi and Lorenzo. The two Yamaha riders still remain fierce rivals, and for 2009 the wall that separates the factory Yamaha team will remain in place, denying each the ability to study the other’s bike setup. Rossi still cites Lorenzo as one of his chief competitors in 2009, saying, “I think that the number one rival will be Stoner. Then also Pedrosa will be very fast, and of course Lorenzo. [Lorenzo] has a year’s more experience and this year there is also the monotire, so we will start equal. He will be a very hard rival to fight.”

Mungkin motor ini dibawah 2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 tapi motor yang bakal ditungganging ama Spies and Colin Edward… Nice look juga lho .... dan kalo sampe dia bisa juara MotoGP, hmmm… bener-bener dahsyat deh pembalap Texas satu ini. Tapi mending kita liat aksinya di Seri terakhir MotoGP di Valencia, dia dapet wild card tuh disitu, and dia udah mutusin buat ngetes di seri itu dengan Yamaha Tech 3 untuk MotoGP 2010.
